Griffin Technology has debuted its new AirStrap Med case for the iPad 2 and third-generation iPad. The AirStrap Med is a new, sanitizable case designed for use by medical personnel while caring for patients.

Made from a combination of ABS and TPE plastics, AirStrap Med features a two-piece frame to seal out moisture and fluids, offers open access to the side switch, both cameras, and push-through access for the sleep/wake and volume buttons as well as a built-in screen shield and stylus clip, and includes an adjustable shoulder strap and a hand strap, both of which can be detached for cleaning.
